This class will outline the evaluation process as outlined in Idaho State Code and delineate each element of the Professional Endorsement Career Ladder. The 4 domains and 22 components of Danielson鈥檚 Frameworks\, which is used in most School Districts\, will be introduced. The class discussions will focus on how you can be involved in your evaluation by having open conversations with administrators and how to start collecting supporting evidence. In closing we will talk about how to use your Individual Professional Learning Plan to set goals in collaboration with your administrator to pave the way for achieving the Advanced Professional Endorsement.
